This is Wild Muskoka Botanicals’ original bitters made with traditional bitters dandelion leaf and root and burdock root with lemon peel and a dash of local honey. A great citrus bitters for classic cocktails or healthful bitters to support liver function.

Add a dash of bitters (5-20 drops) to your favourite cocktail or in a bit of water before meals.
Bitters are a traditional cocktail ingredient made of bitter and aromatic herbs infused in alcohol. Used as only a few drops per drink they are the ‘salt & pepper’ that brings out flavor and character to your drinks.

ELDERFLOWER SMASH COCKTAIL
2 oz gin
1 ½ oz elderflower liqueur
Juice of half a lemon
¼ dropper Citrus + Roots Bitters
4-5 mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
