Currently we ship across Canada and the US – the cost depends on the location. If you would like to send a Giftie box internationally, please email us with an address and we will get a shipping quote for you.
The shipping cost depends on location. Once you type in your shipping address, all the Canada Post shipping options will be presented to you.
Note: If you sign up to our mailing list, you can get up to $10 OFF on your first order!
Processing your Giftie box(es) takes 1-3 days.
Deliveries within the GTA take up to 2 business days once the Giftie box is created and dropped off at Canada Post. Deliveries outside of the GTA take approximately 5-7 business days from the time it’s mailed out. Shipping to the US usually takes around 10 business days, depending on the exact location. We ship with Canada Post and cannot guarantee an exact shipping date, but you will be sent a tracking number once shipped.
Our boxes are assembled with time and care, a process not conducive to same day orders. We will do everything we can to try and accommodate your request. Please contact us if you are in a rush!
All sales are final.
Yes! If you would just like some awesome products from our collection without the Giftie box, select “Shop Products Only” on our homepage.
No, there are no minimums that have to be reached for your order.
Yes, just make sure to add multiple Giftie boxes, and then in the comment section let us know which gift item you’d like in which Giftie box. You can also just put the orders through separately, or email us and we can help you 🙂

Yes! Our Giftie box is meant to be a keepsake box, and it is also made from 100% recycled material, it’s biodegradable, and made in Canada! 🙂
Yes – you get a choice to add a card for FREE to every Giftie box. After finalizing your gift box, you will be asked if you want to add a card. Then you can pick a card from our selection and add a personal note. Click here to see our greeting card options.
Yes and yes! We love helping your company put together the perfect customized Giftie boxes that really portrays your brand’s aesthetics and messaging. Message us to get started and we’ll let you know all the ways we can help.
Yes! To personalize your Giftie box you can pick the “White Deluxe box with Personalization” option when picking your box and then you’ll be able to write what you’d like on the box (and pick the font style). We also have a few products that you can personalize – those products will have a personalization option button for you to select.
If you’d like to add a product that is not currently offered, please send us a note. With enough time, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
